I love polka dots, yet for some reason this dress hasn't gotten a lot of action this winter. That is until last week, when I decided to pull it out of the closet and winterize it with a cardigan and a pair of tights. (You can see the spring version of this ensemble here)
Paired with my favourite Aldo boots I felt like I could take on the world. That is until I walked out the door and slipped across the ice sheet that was once the sidewalk. It was a treacherous eight minutes, with more than a few no-so-elegant arm flails as I tried not to wipeout, but I made it.
And, once I was on dry-land I did exactly what I had set out to do: take on the world!

What a cute outfit- you managed to completely change the look from spring! I've been slipping all over the place too- probably my lack of sensible winter boots! I didn't know you could sew Kate- what a great new business venture :)
