When mixing prints was first introduced as a trend, I wasn't quick to jump off the deep end. Even when I did decided to give the trend a try, I barely dipped my toe into the shallow end of the pool (as seen here and here).
Over the weekend, I went on a Pinterest pinning spree and after I realized that I had pinned some variation of this outfit four times, I decided it was time to jump off the deep end and give mixing prints a real college try!

It's definitely not as scary a trend as I once thought. One I'll have to try again very soon.
